1. Order Processing Timeframe
* All orders are processed, verified, and packed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation and payment realization.
* Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.

2. Domestic Delivery Timeframes (India)
* We ship through our own courier partners, registered domestic courier companies, and/or speed post.
* For domestic orders within India, delivery might take 2 to 5 business days based on the order quantity and destination pin code. All domestic orders will be delivered within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the order confirmation.
* The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority.

3. International Delivery Timeframes
For International Orders, delivery might take 5 to 9 working days to reach the destination. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Charges
* We offer Free shipping for all domestic orders over ₹999/-.
* For orders below this value, or for international shipments, any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner will be displayed at checkout.
* Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

5. Address Accuracy
Delivery of all orders will be made to the exact address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure your details are accurate to avoid delays.
